Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional service that keeps guests coming back!
