Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient order entry and processing Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards in the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions accurately Prior experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food industry roles preferred but not required Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively environment!
