Server

We are looking for a server on our patio! As a Server at 1855 Saloon & Grill, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking their food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable time and positive memorable experience.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serving food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards Addressing any guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally Checking in with guests throughout their meal to ensure they are satisfied and anticipating their needs. Processing payment transactions accurately and efficiently Maintaining a clean and organized work environment including resetting tables for the next guests in the restaurant, patio, and banquet room. Participate and practice continual training to improve service and operations. Collaborating with other team members and leadership to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
