Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness in service stations Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and ensure a memorable dining experience Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality environment Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant atmosphere where your hospitality skills can shine!
