In this vital role, you will be the friendly face ensuring residents and guests receive exceptional food service in a warm, caring environment. Duties Serve meals and beverages to residents, patients, or guests with professionalism and a welcoming attitude Clear tables, bus dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to promote a hygienic environment Support meal delivery processes by transporting trays safely and efficiently within the facility Collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special diets or dietary restrictions as neededExperience Previous experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or the food industry is highly desirable Familiarity with food production, food handling, serving techniques, and sanitation standards Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy meal periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly approach toward residents and team members Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering compassionate service through delicious meals!
