Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring that all food and beverage orders are handled efficiently. Your ability to engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere will be key to our success in the food industry. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Assist in training new staff members on guest relations and service protocols. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required. Experience with a POS system is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on providing excellent guest services. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike. A passion for helping others and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
