Must be 18 years old and able to work weekends. Experience is preferred but not required, just the right attitude. Family oriented environment, fast paced dining, great tips and delicious food waiting for you! Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system or similar technology. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are handled with care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables as needed. Uphold restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred, but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while providing attentive service. Proficient math skills for handling transactions accurately. A genuine desire to help others and create memorable dining experiences for guests. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
