Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items by suggesting specials or pairing options to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring complete satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering functions and process payments securely using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess duties is a plus Culinary experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
