What began in the fall of 2020 as a small batch, chef-curated spice blending business evolved into the addition of a restaurant, bar, and retail space in January of 2023. The Deliciouser is located within a former Greyhound Bus Depot at The Main Street Industries building in downtown Madison. We create and cook with our own chef-curated spice blends. Our passion for flavor and unique dining experiences is reflected in our communal dining space and kitchen studio. Role Description The Deliciouser is seeking a Server to join our team. This is an on-site role located in Madison, WI. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, working with our team, communicating with all staff to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will provide table service, deliver food & beverages, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Expect hourly wage ($7.25) + tips. Qualifications 1-3 years prior experience in the hospitality industry Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol service guidelines is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast. Ability to maintain a positive attitude with customers and staff Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to shift positions to accommodate team schedule Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well within a team in an open kitchen Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. safely. Must be at least 18 years old Availability on Friday and Saturday nights a must
