Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their departure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated hospitality team committed to excellence and guest delight. The Bistro is open 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Monday - Sunday. Shifts average 4:30 pm to 10:45pm. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary needs and preferences are accommodated Cook food and serve in the Marriott Standard, supporting team to ensure timely service Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas Handle transactions accurately and process payments efficiently with closing receipts Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables with professionalism Adhere strictly to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Help stock and put away orders Experience Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is highly preferred Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Experience serving in busy settings such as banquet halls or catering events is advantageous Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food industry standards enhances your ability to excel in this role Barista or beverage service experience adds value by demonstrating versatility in food and drink offerings Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food safety regulations ensures compliance and guest satisfaction Previous hospitality or food industry experience demonstrates your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
