Job Description
North Shore Golf Club, a premier private member-owned club on the beautiful north shore of Lake Winnebago, is seeking polished, professional Servers to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, personalized dining experiences in an elegant lakeside setting with stunning views and exciting new pool and Lake House amenities. Duties Provide attentive, refined food and beverage service that meets or exceeds Club standards Anticipate member preferences and deliver a personalized, memorable dining experience Maintain strong knowledge of menus, daily features, wine, and beverage offerings Execute proper table settings, service sequences, and fine dining etiquette Collaborate effectively with the culinary and service teams for seamless execution Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and member recognition Support Club events, weddings, banquets, and member functions as needed Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the service schedule Qualifications Strong understanding of elevated service standards and dining etiquette Professional appearance and polished demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, member-focused approach Ability to remain composed and efficient in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and pride in service Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry trays up to 25-30 pounds Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor service environments Previous experience in fine dining, private club, or upscale restaurant service strongly preferred Benefits Competitive compensation in a private club environment Golf privileges Complimentary shift meals Flexible scheduling that aligns with our dining and event calendar Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunity to work in a beautiful lakeside setting with breathtaking Lake Winnebago views and brand-new facilities Support for memorable member events, including weddings, banquets, themed dinners, and social functions Professional growth and training in upscale private club hospitality Join Our Team If you take pride in delivering refined, personalized service and want to be part of a welcoming private club environment with beautiful views and exciting new facilities, we'd love to hear from you.
