Our servers are responsible for serving high quality food in a fast and friendly way while making sure the restaurant is clean, stocked, and maintained at all times. Serving food, assisting guests with their menu selections, and properly processing payment are all duties of this position. There is never a dull moment as you will be working around the restaurant in many different areas to help maintain our high standards for restaurant appearance and provide an outstanding experience for our customers…they have come to expect it! What We Need from You Schedule flexibility•including nights, weekends and sometimes holidays Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to work in temperatures consistent with commercial refrigeration/freezers Ability to work with commercial food preparation equipment (grills, ovens, fryers) Skills That Will Help You Thrive in This Role Being reliable and on time Meeting new people and making friendly conversation Performing at a quick pace while having fun Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals Coming up with great ideas to solve problems Thinking quickly and offering suggestions Being a trusted co-worker who always thinks of safety and security Bonus Points if You Have Restaurant server experience High School Diploma or equivalent Motivation to advance your career!
