Maintenance Technician

Shift:

7:00 PM-7:00

AM Hourly Rate:

$32.40 an hour Base rate = $32.40. Over $5 additional per hour available through Incentive Pay program. Paid weekly (Friday). Daily Overtime eligibility, in addition to weekly. Double time on Sunday (per eligibility) Can Cashout unused Vacation hours. If awarded, position comes with FULL benefits package: Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Disability. Maximum annual out of pocket for medical is $2,000 for Family coverage...claims paid at 100% afterward.

Two Retirement Plans:

Summary:

This position is located at Conagra Brand's Menomonie, WI plant. #LI-Onsite. You will report to the Department Manager of the assigned area.

JOB Tasks:

Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. You will perform this job within a industry-leading Safety environment! Perform general maintenance tasks, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, layout and fabrication Repair and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot, analyze and implement corrective procedures in a safe manner while observing SQF procedures. Use tools, machines and diagnostic equipment associated with the job, including machine shop and fabrication equipment Follow plant and department safety rules, administrative and documentation procedures. Assist other maintenance personnel and perform other duties as assigned Assist cells in with production coverage Responsible for Food Safety & Quality Regular, Reliable attendance is necessary Follow direction set by Crew Coordinators

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

All experience levels considered Introductory Mechanical and Electrical experience to perform general maintenance work Person who can work in a production environment. Work well with co-workers, management and production employees. Prioritize performance of work This job may require manual lifting, confined spaces and servicing equipment at elevated levels.
