Morning Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while upselling items to enhance the guest experience. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures and basic math skills. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with kitchen duties as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Uphold high standards of hospitality, guest relations, and customer service at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest relations. Knowledge of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the restaurant schedule.
