Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Spot on POS Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and open/close procedures with precision Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for supporting food prep when necessary Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Experience in serving or host/hostess roles that demonstrate guest relations expertise Familiarity with upselling techniques to boost sales and enhance guest experiences Join us to be part of an enthusiastic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality.
