Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient transaction processing Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Utilize reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering and sales transaction processing skills are essential Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation, wine, spirits, and cocktail crafting is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest needs professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions Food safety certification or understanding of sanitation standards required; experience with food handling preferred Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous; hospitality background is valued Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
