Job OverviewWe are seeking motivated and energetic FOH Team Members (Server / Host / Busser) to join our dynamic front-of-house team. In this multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating, taking orders, and maintaining a clean dining environment. Your enthusiasm for customer service and commitment to hospitality will contribute directly to a positive experience for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop diverse restaurant skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to excellence.

Duties Greet guests warmly at the door, manage the waitlist, and seat parties efficiently. Guide guests through menu selections, take accurate orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly. Clear used dishes, wipe down tables, reset seating areas, and maintain clean floors. Maintain cleanliness of guest tables, service stations, restrooms, and entryways throughout the shift. Follow proper cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) procedures to ensure accurate customer billing. Support your fellow teammates during busy service hours by cross-functioning across service roles. Adhere strictly to safety and alcohol service standards, verifying guest identification responsibly. Assist with side-work management by stocking service stations, ice bins, and clean silverware. Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication with kitchen staff and management. Skills Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Strong background in guest relations, effective multitasking, and front-of-house best practices. Knowledge of seating rotation strategies, menu presentation, and table-clearing efficiency. Skilled in operating restaurant technology, including POS software and reservation booking apps. Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in handling guest inquiries or complaints. Understanding of food safety management principles and dining room sanitation standards. Ability to communicate clearly with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order timing. Experience working in high-volume catering, casual dining, or fast-paced restaurants. Demonstrated ability to remain calm and organized while managing multiple tasks at once.
