Responsibilities Safely transport beverages, food, and supplies from the bar or kitchen to tables or designated areas using proper manual handling techniques. Assist with food running duties by delivering orders accurately and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Support cleaning and bussing efforts by clearing tables, removing used dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Handle heavy lifting tasks with safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment around the venue. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address guest needs. Follow food safety protocols during food handling and service to uphold hygiene standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest service. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards essential for maintaining cleanliness and quality. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Experience with bussing, cleaning, and general restaurant support duties preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in delivering orders accurately and timely.
