Position:

Server / Dishwasher (Part-Time) Shift/Schedule varies (with every other weekend and holidays). Hours are flexible, needs open availability.

Job Responsibilities:

Takes food order, presents to kitchen staff and delivers meal to residents and guests in a proper and timely manner Responds quickly to resident or guest requests. Reports any resident comments or concerns to Dining Services Manager immediately. Assists in bussing and resetting tables Assists in room services as needed. Complies with all state and county health codes for food handling. Handles china, glassware and equipment safely and quietly to minimize breakage. Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual. Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stock delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors, and coworkers. Adhere to all policies and procedures
