Overview Badger Tavern-Oshkosh is now hiring Servers Full Time or Part Time. We are a new fast paced neighborhood tavern located on the Fox River. We offer a full menu including fish fry, burgers, pizzas and much more. We are scheduled to open at the end of October. Please send your resume along with your availability to: sarah@badgertavern.com Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system SkyTab ensuring timely delivery Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service Accurately handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and quality of all beverages served. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols

PAY RATE IS BASED ON HOURLY WAGE ONLY THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE TIPS

Qualifications Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate . Strong math skills for accurate cash handling Familiarity with cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Knowledge of food handling practices to maintain safety standards in beverage preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

$5.00 - $7.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
