Job Description
Ferch's Crafthouse Grille in Wauwatosa, WI is looking for 1-2 servers/waitstaff to join our dynamic team! We are located on 418 N. Mayfair Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged. Responsibilities Greeting/seating patrons Presenting the menu and helping customers select food/drinks with full menu knowledgment Making recommendations, and delivering food/drinks to tables Delivering a great customer experience Collecting payment for bill of sale Performing side work tasks, as well as weekly checklist duties Having positive attitude, and bringing the spirit Qualifications Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently Strong organizational skills Experience as a Server, Waitstaff a plus but not required We are looking forward to receiving your application.
