Work Experience Duties/Responsibilities Master knowledge of our menu, daily specials, and wine/spirits list. Confidently describe flavor profiles, preparation techniques, and ingredient origins. Execute refined, seamless service standards Anticipate guest needs, warmly resolve concerns, and offer personalized recommendations to elevate the dining experience. Accurately input food and beverage orders into the Toast POS system, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar regarding allergies or modifications. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and ambiance in the dining room, ensuring tables are reset promptly. Partner with food runners, bartenders, and management to guarantee smooth, efficient service operations. Qualifications 1+ year of high volume serving experience preferred. Exceptional verbal communication skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
