Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create memorable moments for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Build strong guest relations through friendly communication and attentive service Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or hospitality backgrounds Knowledge of POS systems Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Culinary experience or food industry knowledge is a plus but not required Food safety certification or willingness to obtain necessary certifications prior to employment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
