Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick turnaround times Assist in food preparation and food handling to maintain quality standards and food safety compliance Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food service operations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, sanitation, and food safety guidelines Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Support bussing and sanitation efforts to keep dining areas tidy and welcoming Manage customer orders effectively using POS systems while providing excellent customer service Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred Retail or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Join us today to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences!
