Duties Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to assist in food preparation. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy. Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols, including bussing tables and cleaning food prep areas. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service, or fast-food restaurant environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Familiarity with food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Experience operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Weekend Availability Requirement This position requires weekend availavility. Employees must be available and willing to work both Saturdays and Sundays as part of their regular work schedule. Weekend availability is a required condition of employment for this position.
