Job Description

Job Overview Tickers & Timbers is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our entertainment venue. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast paced environments, and is comfortable with face to face customer interactions. Base pay of $8.75 plus tips with a minimum of $15.00/hour.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Cleaning and maintaining service area
  • Operating point-of-sale systems and handling guest check-ins
  • Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
Qualifications:
  • Must be dependable and punctual and have own transportation
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Comfortable speaking with groups and giving instruction
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to different roles throughout a shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform light lifting up to 30 pounds during shifts
  • Weekend and evening availability is required
  • Previous customer service, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older We are looking for a true team player who doesn't mind jumping between different responsibilities and can work independently one trained.
Preference given to applicants with customer service or key holder experience. Part-time, Friday and Saturday evenings required, 20-25 hours per week
