Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed. Take accurate orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen team, ensuring timely service. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, contributing to a pleasant dining environment for all guests. Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, ensuring readiness for each service period. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive dining experience. Handle guest payments accurately, providing a seamless and efficient checkout process for each customer.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress. Attentiveness and patience with customers. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Active listening and effective communication skills. Team spirit. Flexibility to work in shifts. High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
