Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied throughout their dining experience. Pay wage is server wage plus tips. Duties Greet promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Cluster POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables. Adhere to food safety standards and practices in all aspects of service. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Basic math skills for handling transactions effectively.
