Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours. Experience with POS systems and a background in food service or fine dining is preferred. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Harbortouch Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure guest relations are positive by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and preparation Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Harbortouch Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to upsell menu items effectively to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for cashiering and processing payments accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Experience in food handling, food preparation, or kitchen environment is advantageous Previous host/host or bussing experience is beneficial Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability may be required Demonstrated ability in guest relations, hospitality, and providing an exceptional dining experience Join our team if you are passionate about delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment!
