Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Utilize reservation platforms such as OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest experience Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
