Front of House Manager About the Role We are seeking dependable, motivated servers to join the hospitality team of a new restaurant and 40 room luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of the New River Gorge National Park. This role is an integral part of providing warm, guest-centered service at this one of a kind property. The ideal candidate has superb interpersonal skills, is hands-on, enjoys being part of a team, and takes pride in providing impeccable service. Key Responsibilities Work alongside and coordinate with all restaurant and front desk staff to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests of diverse backgrounds and needs Maintain an immaculate dining environment consistent with brand standards, including personal presentation and comportment Deliver a polished and warm dining experience that matches the atmosphere of the restaurant and hotel by anticipating guest needs and having a deep knowledge of the menu and the stories behind the menu items Perform daily side work and cleaning duties Accurately use a POS to enter orders, tender correct payments, and perform shift reports Promptly address any guest concerns with discretion and grace Notice and communicate any needs regarding inventory and maintenance to the Front of House Manager in a timely manner Model professionalism and hospitality at all times Qualifications & Experience Prior restaurant, particularly fine dining experience preferred but not required Knowledge of the area is a bonus Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Physically able to walk, stand, lift, and bend for the duration of a shift Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, and at times fast paced, environment Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We're Looking For A team player who takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences A hospitality professional with a guest-first mindset Someone dependable, proactive, and who enjoys learning Pleasant, outgoing people who genuinely enjoy providing service Interest in being a part of opening a new restaurant and building a positive and strong community presence What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips On the job training and development opportunities Growth potential within a boutique hospitality environment A supportive, professional workplace in one of the country's most scenic destinations Interested in leading the guest experience from the front line?
