Job Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner Explain menu items, hotpot, and BBQ cooking processes Take accurate food and drink orders Monitor tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions Assist with side work and opening/closing duties Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and responsible Team player with a positive attitude Availability on evenings and weekends
