Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction from arrival to departure Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation to support kitchen operations when needed Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests, maintaining cleanliness standards in dining areas Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or cashiering demonstrates excellent guest relations skills Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in order accuracy and cleanliness Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences through exceptional service!
