Responsibilities Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as TOAST Provide expert recommendations on drinks, and menu items to enhance guest experience through upselling techniques Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation in accordance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling and sales transactions accurately, including processing payments via POS systems and handling cash as needed Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations throughout their visit Be willing to do dishes and clean ups per job requirements.
