Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items like cocktails, wines, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Manage cash handling accurately and process payments using POS systems Experience Prior food service experience in a restaurant setting, especially fine dining or high-volume environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs gracefully Experience with food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing bills confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality in a lively setting!
