Job Description

Please, have serving experience before applying!!! The ideal candidate for this position has a great attitude, is friendly and has strong communication skills. The Server will occasionally deliver food to guests in their tables and provide them with additional drinks. This position also involves preparing desserts and alcoholic beverages, clearing tables and assisting the bartenders.
Responsibilities:
Take orders from customers. Be knowledgeable about menu items. Be knowledgeable about wine and beer lists. Determine daily food requirements for storage and ordering. Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and presentable. Handle food and beverage costs and balance sheets. Present food and beverages to the customers. Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
