We will be transitioning to a new exciting location. Current facilities will be your training ground to start the new location going. Whether managing reservations, guiding guests to their tables, or handling payments with precision, you'll be an essential part of our hospitality team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring timely and organized service flow Handle all cash and card transactions accurately using Toast POS system Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house environment, including waiting areas and host stations Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and courteous phone etiquette Assist with reservations, waitlist management, and guest seating preferences to optimize the dining experience Support food service staff by coordinating guest orders and ensuring timely delivery of excellent service Uphold guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Follow all safety protocols and health regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests Qualifications Previous experience as a host/server or cashier in food service or restaurant settings preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Experience working with POS systems such as Toast POS Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality standards, and guest relations techniques Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with guests over the phone or in person Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus; enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences is essential Reliable team player with a positive attitude who thrives on providing outstanding service Join us in creating memorable moments for every guest!
