Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and manage cash handling procedures responsibly Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation, food handling, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction Support openTable reservations management to optimize seating arrangements and reduce wait times Uphold sanitation standards through proper food handling, cleaning routines, and adherence to health regulations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems enhances efficiency in order processing Experience in fine dining environments or with cocktail service is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service, and drink presentation is desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest interactions Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence with a friendly, energetic attitude Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
