Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Serve food and beverages promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine service, and beverage presentation is desirable Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your culinary and beverage expertise, and ready to deliver unforgettable experiences!
