Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly. Take accurate food and drink orders. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with food preparation and handling as required to support kitchen staff. Process cash and card transactions accurately while adhering to restaurant policies. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and writing out tickets. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
