Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety, including food handling and sanitation protocols Upsell menu items such as specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions accurately, including handling tips and managing POS systems like OpenTable for reservations Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to efficiently process sales transactions Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service to provide expert recommendations to guests Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence and guest satisfaction Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively setting!
