Compensation for fully trained Support Staff starts at $10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed nightly.

Schedule:

Part-time. Shifts are anywhere from 4-8 hours depending on your availability. Wednesday-Sunday availability. Team Member Perks & Benefits 25% dining discount for you and up to 7 guests Employee Assistance Program with free counseling sessions Craft Concepts restaurant discounts across Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas City, and Missouri locations Employee appreciation events and team celebrations Responsibilities Deliver food accurately and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Reset and prepare tables quickly to support smooth restaurant operations Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food delivery Support FOH operations wherever needed during busy shifts Monitor dining room and restroom cleanliness throughout service Welcome and greet guests with a positive, professional attitude Seat guests promptly and manage waitlists effectively Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate updates clearly Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and to-go orders Coordinate seating arrangements to maximize flow and guest experience Support opening duties and maintain a clean, polished environment Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned Skills & Compentencies Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Team oriented mindset with a positive attitude Strong problem solving and guest service skills Ability to remain composed during busy periods

Qualifications:
