Job description La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role You are the first impression. You greet with warmth and control, communicate clearly, and manage the door so the room feels calm and intentional from the first moment.
