Job description La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role Captains set the standard. You run a section with clean timing, confident guidance, and quiet anticipation. You lead support through choreography, not chaos, and you protect the guest experience through disciplined execution.
