We are happy to train people with little experience if needed. The Server/Host will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet customers and take their orders Have knowledge of the menu and be able to recommend/explain menu items Serve food and beverages Checking on customers and addressing any concerns they have. Process cash/card payments Help clean tables Opening and closing duties Requirements Previous experience in serving/hosting or a similar role Good communication skills and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast and timely manner Ability to handle cash and credit transaction Knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation Physical Demands Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds Salary Host salary starts at $10 an hour and can reach $15 an hour Server salary averages out to ~$20-25 an hour, this is dependent on servers skill and attitude so hourly can be lower or higher Benefits We give a discount to all food that employees purchase We get flexible schedule Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds
