Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Butcher & Bee is a vegetable driven, middle-eastern inspired restaurant in East Nashville that opened in 2015. We value community and hospitality above all else - extending it to our customers, co-workers, suppliers, and neighbors. We're seeking experienced Hosts to join the team! Hosts are the face of our operations, setting the tone by greeting each guest with a warm smile and a big hello. Hosts support the server team by orchestrating smooth service, assisting with running food and clearing/resetting tables, and answering guests' questions. Other duties include seating guests, answering the phone, assisting with take out orders, and utilizing the reservation/floor mapping system. Full-Time or Part-Time | Hourly wage + tip share (total average $20-$24/hour)
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be 16 years of age or older Previous restaurant experience of 1 year preferred Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas) Organized, quick thinking, adept at multitasking Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in fast-paced environment Desire to work as a team to cultivate the best possible guest experience
