As our Host, you are the first impression of our restaurant, and we want that impression to be one of warmth, politeness, and total professionalism.

Well-groomed hair and clean nails are a must. Light, professional make-up for ladies and a well-groomed appearance for gentlemen.

No excessive jewelry; a clean, polished, and sophisticated look is required at all times.

Qualifications Personality First:

Must be naturally polite, consistently friendly, and able to maintain a positive, smiling demeanor throughout the entire shift.

Customer Service Excellence:

A passion for helping people and a drive to accommodate guest requests to the best of your ability.

Communication:

Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese speakers are a major plus.

Problem-Solving:

A "think outside the box" mindset to accommodate both reservations and walk-ins so that no guest is turned away.

Proactivity:

A high-energy team player who is always looking for ways to help their coworkers and improve the guest experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain standing and mobile on your feet for the duration of the entire shift.

Availability:

Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
