Hostess/Host/Server

Job Overview We are an award-winning steak and seafood supper club, voted Best Supper Club in the County for five consecutive years. We are looking for a reliable and professional Hostess/Server to join our front-of-house team. This position combines hosting and serving responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment. You will greet and seat guests, manage the flow of the dining room, and deliver exceptional service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Teamwork is essential, and you may be asked to support other front-of-house roles as needed. A flexible schedule is available, but availability to work Friday and Saturday nights is required. The restaurant is closed Monday through Wednesday. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally, manage reservations, and seat guests efficiently Provide attentive, knowledgeable table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments Maintain a clean and organized dining room and host stand area Accurately describe menu items, specials, and wine/beverage offerings Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to deliver seamless service Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and occasional catering support as needed Qualifications No prior experience required; we will provide full training Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability are essential Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while remaining calm and professional Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to consistent attendance Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights (required) Compensation Pay is commensurate with skill level, attitude, punctuality, reliability, and overall dedication.
