About the role:

Under the supervision of the Site Lead the Warehouse Lead will be responsible for all receiving and distribution activities and ensuring that all goods that are incoming or outgoing match the relevant paperwork. You will participate in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and general warehouse duties including supervision of seasonal labor. This position may also assist with other operational activities depending on the season.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee and participate in the receiving, shipping, and storing of inventory items
• Oversee and participate in the shipping, receiving and inventory paperwork in an accurate and professional manner
• Assist other departments within the production facility as needed to keep the department running efficiently
• Lead the warehouse in a manner where the warehouse is always clean and orderly

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to read and follow work order instructions and shipping paperwork
• Willingness to work extended hours as the job requires
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work in seasonal climates and conditions

Job Type:

Full Time Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
