• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Duties:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Answer phone calls and take reservations as well as place take out orders
• Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting
• Knowledge of hospitality and food service industry practices
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
